Ruby Moore is a VOTE training specialist. She is the executive director of the Georgia P&A as well as the advisor to Georgia’s statewide self-advocacy group. Ms. Moore is known locally, nationally and internationally for her training with P&As and people with disabilities. She has extensive experience with helping P&As connect and build relationships with self-advocacy groups.
